NDA seeks new GP clinical lead
The National Diabetes Audit (NDA) is seeking a new GP clinical lead, it has been announced.
Professor Roger Gadsby MBE, who was appointed in the role in 2012, is stepping down and his replacement is now being sought.
The main role of the GP clinical lead is to ensure the audit, the largest of its kind in the world, continues to provide key information about diabetes care and outcomes that are vital to improving patient care in England and Wales.
The NDA includes data from more than 80 per cent of the estimated 2.34 million people aged 17 and over with diagnosed diabetes in England.
