Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and diabetes to be explored in webinar series
An experienced group of world-class speakers will discuss the treatment methods for people with diabetes and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in a series of webinars.
Held by The Royal Society of Medicine, the three sessions will also explore the epidemiology, clinical care and biomarkers associated with the two conditions.
Registrations are now open for the webinars, which run from Tuesday, April 26 to Thursday, April 28, from 4:30pm to 6:00pm.
Attendees will discover the burden of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in general and within the diabetes population.
The webinars will also outline the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of NALFD and diabetes.
Participants will have the opportunity to interact and contribute to the discussion with specialists in their fields regarding clinical cases where there was diagnostic uncertainty or management difficulty.
