Kerry Hodson, Paediatric Diabetes Specialist Nurse at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust, will be answering questions from Twitter users on how to manage the condition and advising users on how healthy living can make a difference. She will be joined by Paediatric Diabetes Clinical Psychologist, Tessa Shanahan.

Kerry, who will be on Twitter today from noon to 1pm, said: “Informing children and young people on how to live healthily with diabetes will help to promote a lifetime of good health.”

This Twitter chat follows on from the success of a previous diabetes chat that took place for Diabetes Awareness Week 8-14 June 2014.

To join in the conversation direct your questions to @UHMBT with the hashtag #WDDQandA.
