A leading diabetes journal is set to publish almost an entire edition dedicated to the Joint British Diabetes Societies (JBDS) and its inpatient guidelines.

The news that Diabetic Medicine would be publishing several JBDS guidelines was announced on the Association of British Clinical Diabetologists (ABCD) website, of which JBDS are members.

ABCD chairman Dr Dinesh Nagi said: “The Joint British Diabetes Societies has informed us of the plans for Diabetic Medicine to denote the August issue to publish the inpatient guidelines and other important papers.

“This is to be welcomed and will make these very important guidelines to reach readers not only in UK but worldwide. I would like to thank all the members for their hard work and contribution to the development of these high quality guidelines, on behalf of ABCD.”
